You can cancel the order until the product has been shipped. The customer needs to raise a cancellation request to the Customer Service at 9137801636 (Monday - Saturday 11 AM to 7 PM) or mail us at info@hermosacasa.in.

8) What do I do if I get a defective/damaged product?
You will be asked to mail a quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to info@hermosacasa.in. (You can mail the picture in the first step, for a faster process). Our team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

1) What are the shipping charges?
We are offering free shipping all over India. In case of faster delivery, extra charges would be applicable depending on the number of products and product weight. *Handling charges might be applicable on certain products such as Furniture.

2) What are the shipping methods available?
Our products would be delivered by surface transport which takes upto 8-10 business working days.

3) How long will it take to receive the ordered product?
Please allow us up to 8-10 business days for Normal delivery from the day you receive the order confirmation. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us.

4) How will the products be packed?
All items are packed carefully at our warehouse to avoid any kind of damage. All fragile items are bubble wrapped and safely packed.

5) What if the packaging of the product is damaged on delivery?

6) Will I have to sign the delivery form?
Yes you will be asked to sign the delivery form, in which you confirm that you have received the package in correct condition.

7) What if I am not home when my package arrives?
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

8) I order haven’t arrived yet. What should I do?

At the moment we ship only in India.

1) What do I do if I have received a wrong item?
If you have received a wrong item, immediately contact us at 9137801636 (Monday - Saturday 11 AM to 7 PM) or write to us at Info@Hermosacasa.in to initiate the return process.

2) How do I return an item?
If you find an Item damaged/Inappropriate, Plz follow the following process: RETURN PROCESS:
a. Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery by calling our Customer Service at 9137801636 (Monday - Saturday 11 AM to 7 PM) or mail us at info@hermosacasa.in.
b. You will be asked to mail a quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to info@hermosacasa.in. (you can mail the picture in the first step, for a faster process). Our team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
c. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 5-7 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse.
d. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 7 days of receiving it.
e. Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.
f. Product should be unused and in the original condition.

3) How and by when will I be refunded?
Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 7 days of receiving it. Refund payment will be done by the same transaction method as the original.

4) Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?
No there will be no shipping charges. To make our return process hassel free, we arrange a reverse pick – up for every product that is Defective or wrongly delivered.
